Peggy has 30 years of experience in market research with a focus on online and mobile surveys. Prior to founding Lawless Research, she was the research director at five companies in Minnesota and Colorado.

Peggy has a B.S. from the University of Idaho and an M.L.S. from the University of Minnesota. She enjoys reading, gardening, birdwatching and hiking.

Grant Pound
CFO, CTO

Grant has an extensive background in creative direction, design, and business management. He was the design director at two companies in Minnesota and the founder of a nonprofit arts organization in Colorado. 

Grant has a B.S. from the University of Michigan. When he’s not coming up with solutions at work, he tends to his yaks on a mountain ranch.

Susan Stalick

Susan has over 35 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, management consultant, and executive. Prior to joining Lawless Research, she founded and led three successful management consulting firms and was COO for one of the fasted growing companies in the Washington DC area.

Susan is the co-author of Business Reengineering: The Survival Guide, one of the first books on the market to define an easy-to-follow methodology for all phases of organizational transformation. She enjoys raising her four dogs, scuba diving, photography, and motorcycling.

 

Alex Pound
Research Director

Alex has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and has worked as a counselor and a teacher.

He is a fan of exploration and learning and can be found immersing himself in industry research, playing in the mountains, and traveling.
